Job description

• This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day. Our SSRs are the face of Auto-Chlor System to our customers and play an important role in both customer service and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• As an SSR, you'll manage an established route of commercial customers while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
• * Servicing and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment
• * Performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs
• * Delivering cleaning and sanitation products
• * Building strong relationships with restaurant and commercial customers
• * Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services
• * Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
• * Managing your route efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Mechanical experience is helpful, but we're looking just as much for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will train you.
• This is primarily a Monday–Friday position.
• Once fully trained, SSRs participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency service to customers when needed.
• Our SSRs can expect annual compensation of approximately $70,000–$75,000, based on the normal schedule and responsibilities of the position.
