Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

• - Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• - Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
• - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• - Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
• - Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
• - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
• - Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• - Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
