Responsibilities
- · Lead transition readiness and knowledge transfer activities for complex Credit Assessment work.
- · Design and deliver capability development programs for Credit Assessors
- · Coach the coach elevate credit assessment for SME, Trainer, QA and Team Leaders
- · Act as the primary SME for credit policy interpretation, lending standards, and complex assessment scenarios.
- · Help Training and Quality to develop accreditation frameworks, knowledge repositories, and competency standards.
- · Support transformation initiatives & engagement considering he carries the institutional knowledge
Requirements
- · Strong expertise in credit assessment.
