Cost Controller XRX at Zeiss in Guangzhou

Responsibilities

• 1. Establish and implement a controlling system during both the project and operational phases. Design finance processes, reporting templates, and handbooks to support business development, and set up regular performance monitoring activities with relevant stakeholders.
• 在项目阶段和运营阶段建立并执行财务控制体系；设计财务流程、报告模板及操作手册，以支持业务发展；并与相关利益相关方建立定期绩效监控机制。
• 2. Act as a finance business partner by developing a deep understanding of the business, integrating business and financial data for performance analysis, providing actionable insights, proposing cost improvement initiatives, and driving cost control.
• 作为业务伙伴深入理解业务，整合业务与财务数据进行绩效分析，提供支持性洞察，提出成本改善举措，并推动成本控制。
• 3. Be responsible for CO closing and prepare related reports and analyses in a timely and accurate manner, based on data from both system and manual sources. Reports include volume, KPI and COGS reports, EBIT commentary reports, and other management reports.
• 4. Participate in annual budgeting and rolling forecasting activities to support plant management in setting business targets. Analyze and monitor actual spending against budget to support business target achievement, including project cost, standard cost, transfer pricing, CAPEX, and P&L.

• 5. Understand business requirements and prepare management analysis reports, business case simulations, and end-to-end value flow improvement initiatives.

• 6. Participate in finance digitalization initiatives to improve work efficiency, process standardization and harmonization, and value creation, such as FIT4, DPM, and RPA.
• 7. Prepare schedules and support documents for internal and external corporate audits.

• 8. Monitor occupational health and safety matters and comply with EHS-related procedures. Fully support the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of management systems, including EHS (ISO 45001/ISO 14001), ISO 50001, GB/T 23001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 13485, and AEO Customs Advanced Certification. Requirements

• 1. At least three years working in manufacturing operation of a foreign investment enterprise, with solid experience in costing and reporting analysis in manufacturing sites.
• 2. Understanding of PRC accounting principles and IAS.
• 3. Well-developed computer skills and familiar with excel, PPT, ERP, and VBA is a plus.
• 4. Good English speaking, writing and reading skills are essential.
