• REISS is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
• As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing the REISS brand. You will be responsible for providing personalised service, supporting the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining the high standards of our store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable product and styling advice tailored to each customer.
• Achieve and contribute to individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain excellent standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain an organised shop floor and stockroom.
• Support deliveries, stock checks and day-to-day store operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store objectives.
• Represent the REISS brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence.

• Previous retail or fashion experience is desirable, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are equally important.
