Job description

• The Marketing Manager for MHK will work as an individual contributor to lead day-to-day execution of all strategic targeted marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, website management, and events to build brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to lead others, and solid experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, managing corporate websites, and delivering strategic events that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing programs, including, but not limited to, digital advertising campaigns, website management and development, email marketing, webinars, social media, and lead generation initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company's brand standards and ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, communications, collateral, events, and digital assets.
• Track marketing program effectiveness and provide regular reporting on campaign results.
• Manage all aspects of the corporate website, including ongoing content updates, user experience, SEO optimization, lead generation, analytics, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external design agencies.
• Partner with Salesforce.com Administrator to optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM integration; recommend best practices for campaign tracking, lead assignment, and conversion processes.
• Develop event strategy and manage all aspects of conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and executive events, including planning, facilitation, communications, vendor management, and logistics.
• Assist with creating and/or editing copy for events, social media, internal communications, website content, collateral, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, reviews are completed, deliverables are executed successfully, remain on brand, and projects stay within budget.
• Work with marketing agency vendor and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets including promotional emails, website content and graphics, landing pages, digital advertisements, event materials, trade show signage, and sales collateral.
• Process and track event and campaign-related expenses to ensure budget versus actuals are captured and follow established finance procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budget tracking for digital marketing, website, branding, and event-related expenditures.
• Manage branded merchandise purchasing, fulfillment, and tracking while providing guidance to administrative staff supporting fulfillment.
• Assist the Marketing Director with development and ongoing management of the strategic marketing and content calendar.
• Manage centralized repository of sales and marketing resources, brand standards, and marketing templates.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience is required; healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail are required.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation is required.
• Proven experience with event strategy, planning, facilitation, and execution is required.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media platforms is required.
• Experience managing and maintaining corporate websites is required.
• Experience with WordPress is required.
• Experience working with internal creative teams or external agencies to develop visually compelling marketing assets is required.
• Experience managing and maintaining corporate branding standards across multiple marketing channels is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English or related is required.
• All prospective hires must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Graphic design experience is preferred.
• Experience with 6sense or another Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform is preferred.
• Professional experience leveraging AI tools to support marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, analytics, and personalization is preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams is required.
