Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated concierge and single, consistent point of contact for physician and provider candidates — anticipating needs and personalizing each interaction to create a memorable, white-glove experience.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, new providers, and their families; act as an advocate and proactive problem-solver, removing friction at every stage.
• Represent the FCS brand, mission, and culture in every touchpoint, ensuring candidates feel valued and well-informed from the first interview through their first day.
• Design, arrange, and manage end-to-end candidate travel and site-visit itineraries, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, dining, and personalized welcome touches, ensuring every detail is handled proactively and flawlessly.
• Coordinate interview schedules and host logistics so that candidates and interview teams enjoy a smooth, professional, and hospitable visit.
• Serve as the candidate’s consistent, single point of contact throughout the interviewing and preboarding process, maintaining proactive, regular communication so no candidate goes silent between milestones.
• Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared between offer acceptance and their first day, answering questions, setting expectations, and providing a warm, reassuring experience.
• Track interviewing and preboarding progress against key milestones, partnering with the leader to keep each candidate’s process on schedule and on track for a confident start.
• Curate and personalize recruitment materials and candidate communications that elevate the FCS employment brand.
• Enter and maintain locums and provider information in Workday in partnership with the leader, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, trackers, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative, client-service, or coordination experience with complex duties required.
• Experience in a high-touch concierge, hospitality, executive-support, or client-service environment strongly preferred.
• Two (2) years of current HR and/or healthcare experience preferred; physician recruiting, provider onboarding, or credentialing exposure highly desirable.
• Prior experience with an HRIS (e.g., Workday) and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills required
