Responsibilities

• As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our service team. You'll help create an exceptional experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
• Guide customers through the maintenance and repair process
• Present recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally
• Provide estimates, timelines, and repair updates
• Coordinate with technicians to help ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Communicate additional service recommendations to customers
• Manage repair orders from write-up through completion
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term loyalty
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and department performance goals

Requirements

• Required
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Ability to confidently guide customers through the service process
• Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Automotive service or sales experience
• CRM or dealership software experience
• Experience working in a high-volume customer-facing environment
