Job description

• We’re looking for dedicated, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our outlet team as Sales Associates. This is a full-time, commission-based position at 70 Lexington Park.

Responsibilities

• Using proven selling techniques, you will assist customers with the selection and purchase of new home furniture and accessories while providing outstanding experience.
• You will support the delivery of sales promotions and ensure that the showroom is clean and organized.
• The Factory Outlet is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Days off will be Monday and Tuesday.

Requirements

• You are a dedicated team player ready to provide a professional sales experience and excellent customer service.
• You possess strong communication and relationship buildings skills.
• You have a proven ability to make sales and are self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Sales experience and training is an asset.
• You have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• You are confident in identifying customer needs and recommending products or services that best meet those needs.
• You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to attendance and scheduled shifts.
