• This exciting opportunity focuses on developing and growing relationships with independent agencies across Europe. You will play a key role in expanding Pinterest's agency ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential agency partners while helping them unlock growth opportunities for their clients on the platform.
• Working closely with agencies, you will take a consultative approach to understand their business objectives, client challenges, and growth ambitions. You will build trusted relationships, position Pinterest's advertising solutions, and help agencies drive stronger results for their clients through strategic collaboration.
• We're looking for someone who combines strong business development capabilities with relationship management skills and an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Success in the role comes from identifying opportunities, creating value for agencies, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire high-potential independent agencies across key European markets.
• Build and nurture agency relationships through strategic outreach, discovery conversations, and long-term partnership development.
• Understand agency and advertiser objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities to position Pinterest as a strategic advertising partner.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases using platform insights, industry trends, and relevant case studies.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
• Develop and execute agency growth plans, driving advertiser adoption, engagement, and revenue growth on Pinterest.
• Use market intelligence, performance insights, and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to support agency success and improve Pinterest's offerings.
• Represent Pinterest at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the agency ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven success in business development, agency sales, digital advertising sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience building and growing relationships with agencies, advertisers, or strategic business partners.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including social, search, display, or performance marketing.
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding commercial targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations, understand client challenges, and position solutions based on business needs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and build long-term partnerships.
• Experience building pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, or strategic outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Fluent French or Dutch or Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish) and English.
