As a Technician lll under our Chemical Production Department, you will be responsible for all the routine and non-routine processes of chemical formulations ( lens materials, PAA supply tank, Phosphate Buffer Solution and Saline) Operations in our Tuas Plant.

- As a Technician lll under our Chemical Production Department, you will be responsible for all the routine and non-routine processes of chemical formulations ( lens materials, PAA supply tank, Phosphate Buffer Solution and Saline) Operations in our Tuas Plant.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine and non-routine processes in chemical production operations
- Helps manage and maintain chemical production calibration, documentation, inventory (i.e. cycle count), maintenance and compliance
- Assumes full responsibility in maintaining training on the required technical, quality compliance and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participates and/or initiate projects that improve process efficiency and/or reduce operating cost
- Knows, understands and complies with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines. Reports any unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses and hazardous material releases
- Knowledgeable in safe handling of chemicals/waste disposal
- Supports implementation of Data Integrity (DI) Program for the site
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, production operations, GMP/GDP manufacturing or any other related manufacturing sectors.
- Comfortable to be lift loads up to 25-30KG
- Forklift Licence is an advantage
