Job description

• We’re looking for a Yardi Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Client Onboarding to support the strategic evolution of our Yardi platform, with a particular focus on client onboarding, migrations, new functionality and solution design. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and, where required, clients to translate business needs into practical, scalable Yardi solutions, identify gaps and ensure smooth transitions onto the platform. Partnering closely with the Platform Manager, you’ll help shape the future direction of Yardi while ensuring solutions are sustainable and aligned with our global operating model and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• You will own and drive the strategic development of the Yardi platform and product roadmap, ensuring new functionality, modules and enhancements align with business strategy, client needs and our global operating model.
• You’ll lead and support Yardi client migrations and onboarding, gathering requirements, designing solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and coordinating testing, training, communications and transition activities.
• You will act as a Yardi subject matter expert and key point of contact, partnering with Client Services, regional teams, Operations, Data and other stakeholders to translate business and client requirements into practical, scalable platform and process solutions.
• You’ll manage strategic Yardi initiatives and enhancements from initial assessment and business case development through procurement, implementation and UAT, working closely with the Platform Manager to ensure solutions are sustainable and operational risks are effectively managed.
• You will manage key relationships with Yardi and internal stakeholders, support sales and client conversations, champion platform capabilities and use feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve onboarding, functionality and the future Yardi roadmap.

Requirements

• About you
• You will bring 5+ years’ hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, specifically across Investment Accounting, Investment Manager and Debt Manager.
• You’ll have experience working within an international, fast-paced organisation, ideally within Financial Services, Private Equity or Investor Services, and be comfortable collaborating across globally distributed teams.
• You will have strong organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, managers, customers and suppliers.
• You’ll be a proactive and self-motivated problem solver, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and use strong analytical skills to provide informed solutions and insights.
• You will have strong technical knowledge of Yardi, including how the system works, best practice and how it can be used to meet bespoke business requirements, alongside proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• You will have experience identifying and implementing technology or system solutions to address business challenges and improve processes.
• You’ll bring a strategic mindset, thinking critically about the wider impact of system changes, weighing up options and documenting decisions before taking action.
• You will confidently challenge and influence stakeholders, applying professional judgement to change requests and helping users identify the most effective and sustainable solution to their business needs.
• You’ll ideally have experience with Yardi V8 and Yardi Forecast Manager (Advanced Budget Forecasting), alongside familiarity with standards, practices and assessments relevant to product development.
• You will be comfortable working across a global organisation and travelling occasionally where required
