• The Resy Experiential team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Experiential Marketing to help create distinctive dining and hospitality experiences at the intersection of Resy, American Express, restaurants, and culture. This role is ideal for a highly organized experiential marketer and producer who combines strong project management with creative thinking, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will own key workstreams across original Resy programming, select enterprise/Card Member experiences, and select sponsorships - from large-scale pop-ups and branded activations to intimate, in-restaurant dining events and one-of-a-kind culinary moments.

• As a Senior Analyst, you will help bring these experiences to life from concept through execution, owning critical workstreams across external production agencies, internal marketing stakeholders, and restaurant, venue, and sponsorship partners. You will be responsible for leading key steps in the production process, including ticketing, compliance, marketing asset reviews, on-site production, budget tracking, and post-event reporting. Success in this role requires both a producer's attention to detail and a marketer's understanding of audience, brand, storytelling, and enterprise business objectives.
• Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Experiential and Director of Experiential & Sponsorships, you will collaborate cross-functionally across Global Dining (Resy) and the enterprise (Amex) to drive programs forward, anticipate risks, solve problems, and keep work aligned, on schedule, and within budget. You will be equally comfortable developing a polished presentation for senior stakeholders and being on-site troubleshooting the details that make an experience exceptional.
• This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with travel to other U.S. cities required approximately 25-30% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Own key workstreams to support Resy brand, enterprise, and/or sponsorship programming, helping drive programs from concept development through launch, execution and wrap
• Partner with Resy and Amex marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for events and activations, ensuring programs drive key audience, brand, and business objectives
• Manage day-to-day workstreams with external event production agencies, establishing clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations while driving follow-through
• Partner with internal legal and compliance teams to navigate nuanced review processes and ensure events and corresponding marketing assets are approved prior to launch
• Drive end-to-end event workstreams including program ideation, partner curation and management, ticketing setup, production planning, guest experience, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
• Travel to and play an active on-site role at events in cities across the U.S., confidently helping to troubleshoot issues and adapting to support in real time as needs change
• Develop and maintain clear, polished program proposals, production decks, run-of-show and working documents, spreadsheets, stakeholder updates, and event recaps
• Track event budgets and KPIs, maintain accurate reporting, and translate results and learnings into actionable recommendations for future programs

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event production, with demonstrated ownership of complex event workstreams and experience managing external agencies
• Experience working in or closely with restaurants, hospitality venues, chefs, or other hospitality partners, with a strong understanding of the operational realities of live, dining-led experiences
• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple teams, partners, timelines, and priorities, with the ability to drive work forward independently
• Experience translating brand and marketing objectives into consumer-facing experiences; experience with influential or premium global brands is a plus
• Confidence communicating with senior leaders and external partners, including presenting recommendations, surfacing risks, and providing clear status updates
• Experience navigating legal, compliance, and/or other complex approval processes while maintaining momentum and attention to detail
• Experience with brand partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and/or Card Member or loyalty experiences is a plus
• Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling decks, organized working documents, accurate budgets, and actionable reporting
• Ability to travel to other U.S. cities throughout the year (approximately 25-30% of the time)
• An experienced experiential marketer and producer with exceptional attention to detail and a strong instinct for hospitality
• Deeply curious about restaurants, hospitality, culture, and the brands and experiences shaping how people spend their time

• Someone who understands both the creative idea and the operational details required to deliver it at a premium standard
• Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution - from building a compelling deck to solving an on-site production challenge
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing creativity, rigorous execution, budget discipline, and legal and compliance requirements
