• Join 8am™ (formerly AffiniPay) as an Account Executive!
• Law firms run on billable hours - we're hiring Account Executives who know how to make every one of theirs count. You'll own your territory like it's your own business: prospecting, demoing, closing, and turning "maybe" into "where do I sign."

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle- from outbound prospecting, and product demos to negotiation and close- with support from marketing and XDR
• Build and manage a pipeline within your assigned territory and segment, prioritizing accounts strategically to hit quota
• Sell to a range of stakeholders - attorneys, managing partners, office administrators, and IT decision makers, while building consensus across the firm
• Develop a deep expertise in legal workflows (practice management, billing, compliance, client intake, etc.) and how our software solves for them
• Empower our customers by connecting our value proposition directly to customer ROI
• Build trusted relationships that go beyond the first sale - earning repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty by understanding what matters most to your clients

Requirements

• 1+ years of consultative, closing-focused B2B sales experience (SaaS is strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
• Comfortable cold calling and turning conversations into pipeline
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Self-driven, with a genuine passion for sales
• Able to think like a consultant- helping prospects see their business differently
• Detail-oriented and energized by a fast-growing environment
• Ideally located in Austin, TX (HQ) we work in a hybrid capacity!
