• Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our commercial and fleet business.
• If you have a strong automotive sales background, experience working with commercial customers, and a proven ability to develop new business and build long term customer relationships, we want to talk with you.
• This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a growing fleet operation and build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and large commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• The Commercial Fleet Manager will be responsible for growing our fleet and commercial business by developing new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, making calls, visiting businesses, networking, and creating new opportunities. This is not a position for someone waiting for customers to walk through the door.

Requirements

• • At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience
• • Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred
• • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• • Strong relationship building and account management skills
• • Experience working with business owners, commercial accounts, municipalities, and fleet customers
• • Knowledge of commercial trucks, vans, and fleet vehicle applications
• • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and configurations
• • Strong understanding of pricing, gross profit, financing, incentives, and manufacturer fleet programs
• • Ability to manage the sales process from initial prospecting through delivery and ongoing account management
• • Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills
• • Automotive dealership experience is required
• • Commercial or fleet experience is strongly preferred
• • Proven history of developing new customers and maintaining long term business relationships
• • Strong understanding of dealership profitability and gross management
• • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects
• • Professional communication skills when working with customers, employees, vendors, and manufacturer representatives
• • Highly motivated, competitive, and results driven
