- In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- You will ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs, coordinating with the service team, and managing service appointments efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing professional service and advice.
- Schedule and manage service appointments ensuring timely communication between customers and service technicians.
- Explain service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle service advising, customer service, or related field preferred.
