Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face outreach.
• Getting in Front of Customers: Build relationships beyond the phone through in-person prospecting, customer meetings, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
• Driving Revenue: Own your territory and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Prospecting Daily: Identify potential customers, find key decision-makers, make calls, send targeted outreach, and consistently create new opportunities.
• Selling Solutions: Provide consultative and customized logistics and supply chain solutions based on each client's needs.
• Building Relationships: Engage with prospects and customers through phone, email, video, and in-person communication.
• Growing Your Business: Build, manage, and nurture your own book of business from the ground up.
• Managing the Sales Cycle: Take opportunities from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Representing England Logistics: Attend trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to build relationships and uncover new business.
• Collaborating: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to execute territory plans and deliver exceptional service.
• Delivering Results: Consistently work toward and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Being Coachable: Take advantage of ongoing coaching, training, and development designed to help you maximize your success.

Requirements

• A hunter mentality with the confidence to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
• A proven history of success—whether through sales, athletics, leadership, entrepreneurship, or consistently stacking wins.
• The ability and willingness to prospect through phone, email, networking, face-to-face interactions, and industry events.
• Confidence engaging with executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A willingness to attend trade shows, networking events, and in-person prospecting opportunities.
• Experience working with CRMs and a basic understanding of MS Word & Excel.
