Job description

• Our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in the Corporate Group is looking for a Data Analyst to join them.
• You will report to the Environmental Health & Safety Global Services Manager.
• In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret Environmental Health & Safety data to support compliance and risk management. You will develop dashboards and reports to monitor EHS performance metrics, collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes.
• This role works on a hybrid schedule and requires you to be onsite at our corporate headquarters in East Aurora, New York several days each week.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret EHS data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor EHS performance metrics across the company.
• Collaborate with EHS team members to identify data needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve EHS processes and compliance.
• Support development and implementation of EHS initiatives through data analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all data handling processes.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to build and maintain data ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques.
• At least 1 year of experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must live locally to the Buffalo area (no relocation assistance).
• U.S. citizenship required due to access to certain data.
