• The Project Manager will lead planning and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational improvement projects. This role works closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals — from new product introductions to facility and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track projects from initiation through completion, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource management
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to coordinate new product launches and production line changes
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and risk logs; proactively flag and resolve roadblocks
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear ownership of action items and follow-through
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor, applying lean/Six Sigma principles where applicable
• Manage vendor and contractor coordination for capital projects, equipment installs, or facility upgrades
• Track project budgets and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and financial impact
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing operations
• Maintain documentation and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned

Requirements

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
• Comfortable on the production floor and in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
• PMP certification a plus, not required
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies a plus
