Customer Service Rep - Supply Chain Operations at The AZEK Company in Ashland, OH

• Shift - 8am-5pm - M-F
• Pay: $26.44/hr
• Return Polymers, a leading PVC recycling provider and part of The AZEK Company, is searching for a Supply Chain Representative to join our team in Ashland, Oh.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible to work with our key suppliers and customers to place orders, organize shipping details, support the outside sourcing team, and coordinate deliveries and receipts with the factory.
• Act as a single point of contact for our sourcing team, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure timely processing of customer quotes, supplier purchase orders, and logistics scheduling.
• Responsible for the management and facilitation of activity throughout the entire order cycle, from quotation through Invoicing.
• Maintain and keep records and transactions current in JDE.
• Work with our logistics partners to ensure timely scheduling for all supplier pickups.
• Provide pro-active feedback to our sourcing team, manufacturing and customers/suppliers on issue resolution as well as pending issues that will impact customer/supplier relations.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and suppliers to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of JDE preferred but not required.
