Analyst Quality Control at Johnson & Johnson in Xian, Shaanxi, China

Responsibilities

• 1. 按照质量程序，对各种原料、辅料、包装材料进行取样。Execute raw material, excipient and packaging material sampling according to SOP.
• 2. 按照国家法规，协助国抽、省抽等取样。In accordance with national regulations, assist in sampling for national and provincial sampling, etc.
• 3. 按照质量程序，收集中间体、半成品及成品的样品，并接收。Collect samples of intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products in accordance with the quality procedures and receive sample.
• 4. 作为取样流程直接负责人，保证取样流程符合法规要求，维护取样相关程序。As the sampling process owner, ensure that the sampling process complies with regulatory requirements and maintain the relevant sampling procedures.
• 5. 负责取样间的日常管理。Be responsible for the daily management of the sampling room.
• 6. 维护留样管理流程，确保符合法规要求，管理日常留样。Maintain the retention sample management process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage retention sample.
• 6. 了解所有与职位相关的安全、环境、工业卫生规范，在取样过程中严格执行并遵守。Understand all safety, environmental and industrial hygiene regulations related to the position, and strictly implement and abide by them during the sampling process.
