• You'll join Campfire's product marketing team as our second PMM, owning [focus area: product line, segment or persona]. You'll shape how we position and launch what we build, give Sales what they need to win, and bring the market's voice back into product decisions. This is a shared-services role: you'll work across Growth, Brand, Field and Customer Marketing to keep our story sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging and narrative for [focus area], grounded in customer research, win/loss and competitive analysis.
• Lead go-to-market for product launches: tiering, launch plans, internal readiness, launch content and cross-team coordination.
• Build and maintain sales enablement (pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, demo narratives) and run training with Sales and SDRs.
• Own competitive intelligence for your area: track competitors, maintain battlecards and brief the field.
• Partner with Product on roadmap input, naming, and pricing and packaging.
• Partner with Growth on campaign messaging and offers, with Brand on the core narrative, and with Customer Marketing on proof points for launches.
• Measure what you ship: enablement adoption, launch reach and pipeline influence, message testing.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years in B2B software product marketing with end-to-end ownership of positioning and launches.
• Sharp writing and storytelling; you make complex products simple without dumbing them down.
• Comfort with research: customer interviews, surveys, win/loss and competitive teardowns.
• Experience enabling a sales team, with a record of content they use.
• A cross-functional operator: you run launches with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing without formal authority.
• Analytical enough to size segments, read pipeline data and prioritize.
• Domain experience in ERP.
• Experience running pricing and packaging changes.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDPICC.
