• Customer proof is Campfire's most persuasive marketing, and you'll own all of it. You'll build the customer marketing engine from the ground up: a steady flow of case studies and proof points, a reference and advocacy program Sales can lean on, a review-site strategy that makes us the obvious choice on G2 and Capterra, and customer video and testimonials that bring it all to life. Every team in Marketing and Sales will come to you, so you'll prioritize ruthlessly and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the case-study and proof-point program: source candidates with Customer Success and Sales, run interviews, write and produce stories in multiple formats, and maintain a searchable proof library with quantified outcomes.
• Own the customer reference program: recruit, tier and manage advocates; run the reference request process for Sales; track usage and protect customers from being over-asked.
• Build the advocacy and community program: advisory boards, speaking opportunities, peer-to-peer events, awards, and recognition that keeps advocates engaged.
• Own review-site strategy and execution on G2, Capterra and peers: review generation campaigns, profile management, badges and report placement, and using review data in sales and marketing.
• Produce customer video and testimonials with the Content / Storytelling team, from short social clips to full stories captured at events.
• Supply proof points for launches and campaigns to Product Marketing, Growth, Brand and Field; support customer speakers at Corporate Events.
• Measure impact: reference wins influenced, review volume and rating, proof coverage by segment and use case, advocate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years in B2B customer marketing, advocacy or content marketing with direct ownership of a reference or case-study program.
• Excellent interviewing and writing; you draw out specifics and quantify results.
• Experience running review-site programs on G2 or Capterra and an understanding of how buyers use them.
• Empathy for customers and a service mindset toward Sales and Customer Success; you protect relationships while still hitting targets.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across many parallel requests.
• Comfort producing video (briefing, on-camera interviews, working with editors) even if you don't edit yourself.
• Experience with advocacy and reference platforms (UserEvidence, Influitive, ReferenceEdge or similar) and G2 Buyer Intent.
• Experience building a program from zero at a scaling company.
• Event experience: customer speaker coordination and on-site capture.
