Responsibilities

• Three days per week you see appointments, perform surgery and dentals, and practice at the top of your license. One day per week is yours to mentor newer veterinarians and lead our weekly two-hour hospital rounds. You work across all three teams—Customer Experience (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—fostering the collaboration that makes top-notch care possible.

Requirements

• Qualifications
• 7+ years clinical experience, deeply confident in your medicine
• Outstanding diagnostician who loves a complex case
• Comfortable with emergency medicine
• Natural mentor who lights up when teaching others
• Exceptional client communicator
• Operational mindset—you understand how high-touch practices run
• Surgery welcome, not required
• Avian/exotic experience a plus; open mind is the only requirement
• DVM/VMD from an accredited institution
• NH veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 7+ years clinical experience
• DEA license & USDA accreditation preferred, not required
