• The Associate Product Marketer supports the development and execution of product marketing strategies across Capital Group's investment capabilities and strategic growth priorities.
• Working at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing, this role helps develop product positioning, messaging, launches, campaigns and client engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will learn how to transform complex investment expertise into compelling audience-relevant narratives that support client understanding, adoption and long-term engagement.
• This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is interested in investment products, strategic storytelling and client behaviour, and wants exposure to regional marketing initiatives across Asia.

• Manage smaller narrative and content initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of product positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks for Capital Group investment solutions.
• Help articulate product benefits, competitive differentiation and client relevance across key client segments.
• Partner with investment specialists and product experts to translate technical investment concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
• Ensure consistency of product narratives across campaigns, content and client-facing materials.
• Support product launches, strategic campaigns and marketing initiatives across Asia.
• Assist in developing go-to-market plans and marketing activity that support awareness, engagement and adoption objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Help manage timelines, priorities and deliverables across multiple initiatives. ​
• Develop an understanding of client audiences, their objectives and the barriers they face when making investment decisions.
• Help identify the most relevant product stories for different client segments.
• Build narratives that connect product capabilities with investor needs, behaviours and outcomes.
• Support efforts to create more audience-led and decision-focused marketing experiences.
• Develop and adapt product-related content across a range of formats, including presentations, emails, webpages, articles, videos, social content and campaign assets.
• Support the creation of sales enablement and client education materials.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with approved messaging.
• Work with content marketers to deliver integrated marketing experiences across the client journey.
• Monitor engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback to assess marketing effectiveness.
• Support competitor reviews and market analysis.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen positioning, messaging and client engagement over time.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, communications, consulting, research or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to financial services, investments or related industries is advantageous
• Strong interest in product marketing and strategic marketing.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relevant to different audiences.
• Strong organisation, project management and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.

• In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
