Global Executive Assistant Capability Support Specialist at Sanofi in Hyderabad

Job description

• The Global Exec Dev and Global Capability teams are part of the Global Talent COE

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and talent acquisition support to Heads of Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office team, including scheduling meetings, and assisting with other operational tasks.
• Manage the Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office Heads’ calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to optimise time efficiency.
• Arrange travel itineraries, considering cost-effectiveness and time constraints, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and handle vendor management, overseeing all stages from set up to payment.
• Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials, and catering arrangements.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: Professional or academic qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Proven experience as a Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and vendor management, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Language: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
