Job description

- The Project Coordinator - Enterprise Risk & Compliance Uplift (Change & Capability) will play a key role in supporting the delivery of UOW's Risk and Compliance Management Uplift Program. Working across the University, you will help coordinate strategic initiatives that strengthen risk management capability, compliance maturity, organisational resilience and risk culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a project professional who enjoys driving change, engaging stakeholders and contributing to meaningful organisational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of enterprise risk and compliance uplift initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables and implementation activities are effectively managed.
- Support capability development through training programs, workshops, communication campaigns and organisational change initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation activities across faculties, divisions and controlled entities to support successful program outcomes.
- Prepare project reporting, governance documentation, presentations and implementation updates to support effective oversight and decision-making.
Requirements
- A degree in project management, business, risk management, governance, compliance, organisational development or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or organisational improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
- Experience supporting change management, capability development, stakeholder engagement, training or communication programs.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations and governance documentation.

About EJGlamos
The position sits within the Integrity, Legal and Governance Division in the Vice-President Operations Portfolio and forms part of the Risk, Compliance and Assurance team. The team works collaboratively across the University to strengthen governance, risk management, compliance and assurance practices. The team is currently delivering strategic initiatives that enhance organisational resilience and support informed decision-making across UOW.
