• You will fit in here if you want to own a product, a process, or a function and take it from 1 to 100.
• You will turn market strategy into execution across growth, physician operations, and business performance. You will work closely with physicians and frontline teams, solve operational problems, improve practice performance, and help build the systems needed to scale across the state.
• This is a hands-on role. You will move between analyzing performance, launching new initiatives, working directly with practices, and partnering with product and engineering to build better operational tools.
• You will also help shape how we build AI-native operations. That means rethinking workflows from first principles, identifying where automation can create leverage, and knowing where human judgment and relationships still matter.

Responsibilities

• Own key growth and operational initiatives across California.
• Work directly with physicians and practice teams to identify problems and improve performance.
• Support the launch, ramp-up, and growth of new physicians and practices.
• Use data to identify operational bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build repeatable processes and operating playbooks as the market scales.
• Identify opportunities to make workflows automated, AI-assisted, or more efficient.
• Partner with product, engineering, and central teams to turn operational needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• You have 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, healthcare, startups, or another high-growth environment.
• You can move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution.
• You understand how to redesign operations around AI rather than simply add technology to existing processes.
• You have strong judgment about where automation creates leverage and where human involvement creates a better experience.
• You are a self-starter who can develop a plan and execute it end to end.
• You are comfortable solving complex problems with limited structure or information.
• You have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach and are willing to work directly with teams and customers.
• You move quickly, hold a high bar for quality, and take full ownership of results.
• You are a thoughtful, low-ego teammate. We want to play long-term games with long-term people..
