Job description
- We are seeking an experienced PPM Business Analyst with deep Project Portfolio Management (PPM) expertise and hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira to help accelerate the adoption of rOar PPM across the organization.
- This role will play a critical part in standardizing project management processes, improving adoption at scale, and creating a seamless self-service onboarding and training experience for agencies. The successful candidate will quickly become a subject matter expert on rOar PPM and serve as a trusted partner to agencies, Product teams, project leaders, and other stakeholders.
- A key focus of the role will be developing and continuously enhancing a scalable “rOar PPM Starter Kit” consisting of training materials, process guides, videos, templates, SOPs, FAQs, and best practices. The goal is to enable agencies to successfully adopt and utilize rOar with minimal ongoing support.
- In this role, success means helping the organization move from individual agency processes toward consistent, scalable PPM practices while making rOar easy for users to understand and adopt.
- The ideal candidate will bring the combination of PPM domain expertise, Workfront and Jira experience, business analysis, process improvement, change management, and training/enablement skills needed to turn complex project-management requirements into practical, repeatable solutions.
- If you enjoy solving business problems, improving processes, enabling users, and building scalable systems that make work easier, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the organization's PPM transformation.
