• We're looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist who is passionate about bringing stories, brands and people together. In this role, you'll help shape how we communicate with employees, customers and industry partners, delivering meaningful marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen our reputation and support business growth across Oceania and globally.
• Working closely with teams across the business, you'll lead a variety of projects, from product launches and industry events to customer success stories and strategic communications. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, influence how our brand is experienced, and help our people and customers stay connected to what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen our brand and support business growth.
• Create engaging content, customer stories and communications across a range of internal and external channels.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support product launches and strategic campaigns.
• Lead the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions and brand activities.
• Manage communications projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Experience delivering marketing, communications or engagement initiatives in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong writing, storytelling and content creation skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
