Responsibilities
- Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades:
- Carpentry (doors, trim, framing, dry rot, decks, fences)
- Painting and drywall patching
- Plumbing (toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repairs)
- Electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, small wiring tasks)
- Smart home device installation
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships. You're in members' homes, and they need to trust you.
- Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, remodeling, or multi-trade experience.
- Hands on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
- Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability. You can independently assess and fix most issues in a home.
- Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting).
- Customer friendly attitude: great listener, strong communicator, proactive.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.
- You do not need a contractor's, electrical, or plumbing license. Permitted work is handled separately.
