Job description

• Ennoble Care is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Hospice Medical Records Clerk/ Home Health Aide Scheduler for a hybrid position supporting our Philadelphia, PA market!

Responsibilities

• Supervise medical records staff and maintain confidential patient records.
• Organize, file, track, and retrieve patient charts and documentation.
• Manage physician orders, IDG meeting documentation, and physician communications.
• Maintain and archive discharged patient records.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments based on provider availability and urgency.
• Coordinate provider schedules, time off, messages, and daily appointment quotas.
• Verify insurance, obtain preauthorizations, and update patient information in EMR/referral systems.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, staff, and referring sources regarding scheduling and appointments.
• Manage high-volume administrative tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Prepare weekly reports and assist with employee orientation and other administrative duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a record manager preferred.
• Should be a skilled organizer who is able to manage office files, logbooks and staff schedules.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (particularly savvy with Excel)
• Detail oriented.
• Must possess light secretarial skills and have polite telephone manners.
