Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Expected Shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM Monday to Thursday, Fridays 2-9 PM, Weekend availability required based on needs of the club. Training will be 11 AM - 4PM for several consecutive shifts. Must be willing to be CPR certified at another location.
Job description
- Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
- Expected Shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM Monday to Thursday, Fridays 2-9 PM, Weekend availability required based on needs of the club.
- Training will be 11 AM - 4PM for several consecutive shifts. Must be willing to be CPR certified at another location.
- Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
- Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
- Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
Requirements
- Expected Shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM Monday to Thursday, Fridays 2-9 PM, Weekend availability required based on needs of the club.
- Training will be 11 AM - 4PM for several consecutive shifts. Must be willing to be CPR certified at another location.
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
