Marketing Coordinator at Ayr Energy in Hyderabad, India

Job description

• We are looking for an organized, proactive marketing team member to support Ayr Energy’s marketing and customer experience activities in India.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You will work closely with our U.S. marketing team, India-based employees, factory teams, executives, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate customer visits, events, brand activities, content production, and other local marketing needs.
• You will be the on-the-ground point of contact for these activities and help ensure Ayr delivers a professional, consistent experience to customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Factory Experience
• · Plan and coordinate logistics for customer, auditor, and other factory visits.
• · Coordinate schedules, agendas, visitor information, welcome kits, transportation, and other visit requirements.
• · Coordinate with factory and Ayr internal teams to ensure visits are well prepared and run smoothly.
• · Build and document repeatable processes and checklists for factory visits.
• Events & Local Marketing
• · Support Ayr’s participation in India-based events with on-the-ground execution.
• · Coordinate logistics for internal events such as team on-sites, off-sites, and company gatherings.
• · Support executive and leadership visits to India.
• · Coordinate local event requirements including venues, catering, printing, signage, photography, and other services.
• Brand
• · Act as a local brand ambassador, helping ensure Ayr’s brand is represented consistently and professionally across India.
• · Help local teams understand and follow Ayr’s brand guidelines.
• · Coordinate photography and video shoots at factories and other locations.
• · Manage India merchandise and swag, including inventory for employees, events, and customer visits.
• Vendor & Marketing Operations
• · Research, source, negotiate with, and manage local vendors.
• · Build and maintain an approved vendor list and strong relationships with reliable local partners.
• · Maintain clear tracking of vendors, budgets, timelines, inventory, and other marketing operations.
• · Serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing-related requests.
• · Create and improve processes and SOPs for recurring marketing and logistics needs.

Requirements

• · 3 - 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in marketing coordination, events, operations, customer experience, logistics, vendor management, or a similar role.
• · Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and moving parts.
• · Strong organizational, documentation, and process-building skills.
• · Comfortable working independently and taking ownership with limited oversight.
• · Strong communication skills and confidence working with local teams, vendors, and executives.
• · Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to figure things out and get things done.
• · Comfortable working in hands-on environments, including factories, manufacturing facilities, and events.
• · Industry experience in manufacturing is a plus but is not required.
