- In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
- Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
- Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals ​
Requirements
- A full and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Availability to work 38 hours per week
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
