• Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Commerce Township, MI is looking for a friendly, motivated Spa Sales Associate to join our front desk team! If you're outgoing, organized, love talking to people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you may be a great fit for us. This role is a mix of customer service, sales, scheduling, and helping keep the spa running smoothly each day.
• We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can help where needed, including a mix of morning and evening shifts as well as weekends. Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness environment, front desk role, or membership sales is highly encouraged!
• You don't need to know everything about the spa industry on day one — we can teach you that. We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client questions
• Educating guests on our membership program, services, upgrades, and current promotions
• Working toward monthly membership and seasonal gift card sales goals
• Building relationships with members and helping create long-term clients
• Keeping the front desk and spa clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Jumping in and helping the team wherever needed

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with clients
• Sales-minded and motivated by goals, commissions, and contests
• Flexible availability with the ability to work both morning and evening shifts
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work independently
• A team player who is willing to learn
• Able to take constructive feedback, apply it, and continue improving
• Previous spa, salon, membership sales, or customer service experience is a big plus
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
