- JSET is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of data center, controls, and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- This is a field-focused role that works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, vendors, and customers to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with project execution and coordination
- Track project progress, schedules, action items, and deliverables
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and logistics
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Attend project meetings and communicate project updates
- Maintain documentation in Procore and other project management systems
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Assist with project closeout and turnover activities
- Participate in jobsite visits and field coordination efforts
Requirements
- Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in construction, project coordination, project administration, field operations, or a related environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Experience supporting project schedules, procurement, budgets, or change management
- Experience in construction, electrical, controls, automation, or low-voltage industries
