Responsibilities
- 1.Reconcile statement with customer and prepare invoice to Japan customers, identify and resolve issues if there’s discrepancy 10%
- 2. Credit control including block customer shipment which have past due AR, keep close communication with co-workers, customers, and Interco customers to lean process and solve issues 30%
- 3. Manage cash application process by collecting bank statements or customer’s payment detail 20%
- 5. AP invoice collection、PO MIRO、Non-PO Invoice Processing、GRIR management and other AP process 30%
Requirements
- 1.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 2.Communication skill in Chinese, English and Japanese is essential.
- 3.Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting department
- 4.Have the working experience in oversea enterprise
- 5.Computer literate and proficiency in MS Excel (familiar SAP will be a plus)
