- We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our growing Digital team and portfolio of consumer brands moving forward.
- You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, Content Marketing, and cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and improve processes. You will also partner with the Account Managers to implement promotions by coordinating deal timing and making sure offers go live accurately and on schedule. You’ll be at the center of the team’s workflow by connecting the dots, anticipating roadblocks, and bringing structure to a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple brands on Amazon and across other channels.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and department leads to keep projects organized, prioritized, and moving forward.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Creative/Content Marketing, SEO, Advertising, and Customer Support.
- Execute on promotion implementation by coordinating timing of Amazon deals and ensuring offers go live accurately and on schedule.
- Own project workflows in ClickUp, including timelines, tasks, owners, next steps, and follow-up.
- Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, proactively driving solutions before they impact delivery.
- Lead project communication and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support meetings by capturing key decisions and translating next steps into actionable tasks.
- Develop and improve team processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the business scales.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in project management, account coordination, e-commerce, or related role.
- Experience working within Amazon or e-commerce environments required.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in a client-facing role
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Excellent organization and follow-through—you’re someone who naturally keeps things from falling through the cracks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and personalities.
- Strong PowerPoint/presentation skills and comfort working with data and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you don’t just identify problems; you help solve them.
