Our operations complete heavy highway and civil projects throughout Texas. We pride ourselves in being a family-oriented organization with a goal of upholding the safety and health of our number one asset, our employees. Position Overview
- The Operations Administrator will support the division.
Responsibilities
- Handle Cintas, all areas, support the employees, work with the driver to handle outstanding issues. Submit/terminate orders.
- Reconcile Cintas invoices weekly
- Assist with any employee requests from payroll and HR or other departments
- Backup on phones
- Assist with ordering lunch/office snacks, keeping the kitchen/office area organized
- Support the managers at the location
- Other special projects
Requirements
- 1+ years experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent training completed
- Must be organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be positive, friendly and professional.
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one-on-one setting.
- Must demonstrate professional communication in reaching out to employees and managers for needed documents.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize various tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Able to perform duties independently.
- Promote a team approach and maintain dialogue with all employees to exchange information and gather ideas.
- Collaborate with any project teams on other special initiatives, as required.
