Responsibilities

• Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across
• Customer Returns (RMA)
• RMA Credits
• RMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / QFS
• Warranty Repairs
• Factory Drop Ship Billing
• SOX and SOC Audit Support
• Build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce capable of supporting multiple operational processes.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning.
• Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years including 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
