Job description

• Contract Type: W2
• Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
• Location: Ocala, FL (#LI-Onsite)
• Pay Rate: $30-32/hr on W2 basis
• This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring manager needs to ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. You will actively source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates while continuously optimizing recruitment strategies. Success involves meticulously tracking progress, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering strong connections with both candidates and new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements.
• Cultivate a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing demands.
