- Our Partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and family-centered team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-home, clinic-based, and remote work, allowing flexibility while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.
- This organization emphasizes clinical excellence while minimizing administrative burden. Dedicated teams support scheduling, documentation review, billing, and staff training—allowing clinicians to focus on client care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
- Oversee and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with families to support carryover of skills in the home environment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and therapy implementation
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise
- Clinical assessment and treatment planning
- Team leadership and supervision
- Communication and family engagement
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders
- Experience supervising clinical staff or Behavior Technicians
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
