• No automotive sales experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will teach you the skills you need to succeed. If you're motivated, personable, competitive, and ready to learn, we want to meet you.
• As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while providing a welcoming, professional experience from the first conversation through the purchase and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience
• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
• Learn about customers' needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Help customers explore vehicles that fit their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and options.
• Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions.
• Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish.
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Sales & Follow-Up
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after their purchase.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training.

Requirements

• No automotive sales experience required — we will train you!
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions.
• Comfortable learning new technology and sales tools.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
