• Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Technician to join our growing team. We’ve been serving businesses across the country since 1938, building our reputation on dependable service, quality products, and strong customer relationships.
• This is more than a traditional customer service position. You’ll spend your time working directly with customers, managing accounts, solving problems, and learning the products and equipment that keep their businesses running. • We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people but also likes being active and hands-on. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we provide extensive paid training and will teach you the Auto-Chlor way.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative & Technician, you’ll become a trusted resource for your customers and an important part of the local Auto-Chlor team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Build strong relationships with assigned customers and provide responsive, dependable service
• Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow those relationships
• Deliver chemicals, supplies, and other products directly to customers
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
• Learn equipment installation and refurbishing through hands-on cross-training
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage your daily schedule
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve service-related issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support customers during emergency service situations
• Represent Auto-Chlor professionally while working with customers and throughout the community

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
