This role is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation within a law firm environment. The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases while gaining exposure to municipal and state court matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft and argue motions effectively.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- Manage document review and production.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Handle state court litigation, with preference for experience in municipal work.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New York State.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
