• Location: Dripping Springs, TX (in-person)
• Employment type: Full-time
• Own integrated campaign delivery—from approved brief through launch, sustained activation, and review. Ensure committed work goes live across agreed channels, on schedule and to approved standards, and drive corrective action when execution falls short.
• Our campaigns connect Brand, Growth, Ecommerce, email/SMS, Creative, Content, Partnerships, Events, Community, and other customer touchpoints. You turn their commitments into one executable plan. This is a hands-on marketing role, not a status-tracking role or a manager of every channel. It initially has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Master calendar and advance planning
• Own the integrated master campaign calendar; functional owners retain their detailed channel calendars.
• Drive a directional annual calendar before the year, a committed quarterly portfolio before the quarter, and detailed monthly execution plans before the month.
• Establish deadlines for Brand and Growth decisions, product feasibility, inventory inputs, capacity, and production commitments.
• Begin BFCM strategy and building in Q2 or early Q3 through staged decisions. Escalate missing inputs before they compromise execution.
• Surface calendar collisions and capacity constraints, recommend tradeoffs, and preserve the agreed baseline alongside approved changes.
• Complete briefs and workback plans
• Own the completeness, coherence, and approval process of the integrated campaign brief.
• Secure audience, narrative, offer, channel roles, success measures, resources, and constraints from the accountable leaders; challenge contradictions or missing thinking.
• Translate approved direction into deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and decision dates, with one owner for each commitment.
• Return incomplete briefs or uncommitted plans before committed execution.
• Cross-functional delivery and sustained activation
• Secure and track accepted commitments across internal teams and outside partners.
• Verify that sends, placements, creator activations, community participation, and follow-up content actually go live throughout the campaign.
• Bring owners together when delivery falls behind, secure recovery actions, and track approved adjustments through completion.
• Keep participating teams working from the same current plan without taking over their specialist decisions.
• Launch readiness
• Run the campaign-readiness process and obtain evidence from functional owners.
• Operations confirms inventory and fulfillment readiness; Ecommerce accepts digital releases; channel and analytics owners validate tracking; Research/Compliance approves claims.
• Name one final launch decision owner in each major campaign brief. Recommend go, delay, or reduced scope with unresolved risks explicit.
• Escalate scope, capacity, quality, and decision conflicts early rather than letting them become launch-day surprises.
• Operating cadence and learning
• Lead focused planning, readiness, and review meetings that produce decisions and commitments.
• Maintain useful briefs, plans, decision logs, and a campaign learning archive.
• Secure a measurement plan and reporting owners before launch. Interpret results with Growth and channel owners.
• Turn reviews into assigned improvements and verify that subsequent execution improves—not merely that the retrospective happened.

Requirements

• Approximately six to nine years in integrated marketing, campaign leadership, marketing operations, or comparable work.
• Experience owning multichannel campaigns in a consumer, DTC, CPG, or similarly complex business.
• Strong understanding of Brand and performance marketing, with the judgment to challenge a weak plan.
• Clear writing, briefing, meeting leadership, and dependency management.
• Evidence of securing commitments across teams without direct management authority and resolving problems through launch and beyond.
