• Pay Range: $45-$50/hr. on W2
• This role involves managing the full sourcing lifecycle, from initial RFx to contract finalization, for a defined scope. You will be responsible for negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, building financial models to support decisions, and creating internal documentation for governance. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, as well as the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Develop financial models and cost analyses for supplier proposals and pricing structures.
• Create internal sourcing documentation such as business justifications and demand requests.
• Manage the end-to-end Source-to-Contract process, including RFx execution and supplier selection.
• Foster relationships with suppliers, resolving issues and driving ongoing performance.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and rates directly with suppliers.
• Strong financial acumen for cost modeling and pricing analysis.
• This role requires experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
