Responsibilities
- Split your time between the office and the field
- Motivate your sales team to do their best and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture
- Set targets and quotas for the sales team and help them meet their goals by providing quality coaching and mentorship
- Develop and implement strategies for aligning business development strategies with company goals and driving revenue growth
- Use various analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports
- Seek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals
Requirements
- If you have the right drive and mentality to become our Field Sales Manager, we want to hear from you! Here's what we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
- Experience with B2C/D2D selling
- Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team
- Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
