• Java Team Manager - Inside IR35 - 12 month contract - Fully Remote
• My client is seeking an experienced Java Team Lead for a fully remote role based out of anywhere in the UK.
• As an experienced Software Developer, the role holder will have progressed to a managerial level, and whilst technically knowledgeable, will now be focused on enabling the team to deliver quality software.
• A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the team's workload is always perfectly balanced to ensure best performance and promotes a highly professional and inclusive culture.
